Every person has a life story that is unfolding, full of highs and lows. Inevitably, your story will have some difficult chapters that make you feel overwhelmed and unsure of what will be happen next or how to change the narrative.

I support clients by helping them to re-write the difficult chapters of their life. Clients are encouraged to discover and highlight their strengths and resilience to overcome challenges, cope effectively, and to create a more empowering narrative.

EXPERIENCE:
Holly is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator offering premarital assessments and counselling for couples.

Holly has a strong educational background, with a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Divinity degree in Clinical Counselling. Over the past five years, she has worked in various capacities, including the corporate, educational, and non-profit sectors, working with individuals to develop their strengths and potential.

Holly’s experience also includes research and teaching in the field of psychology. She teaches courses in Intimate Relationships and Motivation and Emotion at Trent University. She uses her knowledge of research and evidence-based practices to provide personalized treatment for clients..
