Olga Shik, RP(Qualifying), BAHSc (AT)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Olga is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a heart for supporting high school students, young adults, and new believers as they navigate identity, faith, relationships, and life transitions. She works with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and disordered eating, offering a compassionate and thoughtful approach to mental wellness.
Having served as a youth leader and been actively involved in Alpha courses, Olga is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, valued, and encouraged in their emotional and spiritual growth.
Olga immigrated to Canada from Russia as a child and understands the challenges of culture shock, identity, and belonging. She feels honoured to support individuals and families navigating similar experiences.
Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and faith-informed values. Olga believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves; messy parts and all. She brings warmth, honesty, and a touch of humour to the counselling process, walking alongside clients at their own pace.
