Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Maybe you’re navigating identity, faith, or life transitions, feeling overwhelmed or isolated in the process. You want to feel confident, supported, and more like yourself again—to build a life that reflects your values and brings you peace. I support people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or disordered eating, and who are looking for a thoughtful and thorough approach to their mental well-being.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we’ll explore the hard stuff gently and honestly, at your pace. I’m here to support you with curiosity, kindness, and a bit of light-heartedness when it’s needed most.
EXPERIENCE:
Olga is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She brings a unique and well-rounded background to her work, with experience in Athletic Therapy and First Response—fields that taught her how closely our physical and emotional health are connected. She holds a degree in Athletic Therapy and completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Olga’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and faith-informed values. She believes healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and safe to be ourselves—messy parts and all.
She has supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including addiction, eating disorders, low self-esteem, relationship stress, depression, and anxiety.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, Olga is here to walk alongside you—at your pace—with warmth, honesty, and a touch of humour when it’s needed most.
