We're excited to welcome Maureen Russell, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to the Mindjoy Counselling & Training team!
As Maureen is currently completing her internship, we're pleased to offer reduced-fee psychotherapy sessions for individuals who are looking for quality, affordable mental health support.
Maureen has a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, emotional regulation challenges, parenting concerns, and difficult life transitions. For those who desire it, she is also happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counselling process.
Maureen is completing her Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University and brings experience in both community services and pastoral counselling, supporting individuals through grief, trauma, relationship and family challenges, and questions of faith and spirituality.
