Brittany McCann, MA, MACP, RP (Qualifying), GCert, Rev. is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a compassionate, faith-integrated approach to counselling. In a fast-paced, information-driven culture, Brittany values the art of truly listening; creating space for clarity, healing, and renewed life. Grounded in integrity, genuineness, and biblical truth, she integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Her work is solution-focused and hope-filled, ensuring clients feel supported and not alone in their journey.

Brittany is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a graduate of Yorkville University, with a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Counselling from Liberty University. She is also an ordained pastor and brings diverse clinical experience from multiple therapeutic settings. Brittany has a special interest in women’s mental health, supporting individuals (14+) through concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, body image, communication, boundaries, and spiritual identity. She is particularly passionate about walking alongside women through hormonal and reproductive transitions, including PMS, PMDD, PCOS, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and menopause.
