Ann-Marie Covert, MSW, RSW is a Social Worker Psychotherapist, public speaker, and the Founder and Clinical Director of Mindjoy Counselling & Training.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, she has managed youth and adult mental health programs in community health, while supporting countless individuals through her private practice. What began as a desire to integrate Christian faith with clinically sound care has grown into Mindjoy: a group practice committed to holistic, faith-integrated, and excellence-driven mental health support.

Ann-Marie’s work is grounded in a whole-person approach, honouring spirit, soul, and body, and integrating clinical and theological insight. She now focuses on teaching, speaking, supervision, and group mentorship, equipping churches, businesses, and organizations across Ontario. While retired from direct therapy as of March 2026, she is proud to lead a skilled and compassionate team and invites you to connect with one of Mindjoy’s therapists.
